4. Payment Terms
Railway 200 Campaign
50% deposit (£100) to secure slot, 50% (£100) on delivery. 14-day money-back guarantee from delivery date if you're not satisfied. Deposit becomes non-refundable once development work begins.
Standard Projects
30% deposit, 40% mid-project, 30% on completion. Net 7 days payment terms.
VAT: Railway 200 price of £200 includes VAT. Standard project prices exclude VAT (20% for UK clients). International clients may be exempt with valid tax ID.
5. Intellectual Property
- Code Ownership: Full ownership transfers to client upon final payment
- Portfolio Rights: We may showcase completed work unless confidentiality agreed
- Third-party Licenses: Client responsible for any third-party license fees
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Services are provided "as is" with no warranty beyond statutory requirements.
7. Termination

- Campaign projects: No refunds after work begins
8. General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in English courts.
