1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AspireVerse Ltd's services, including our website development, software solutions, and special campaign offers.

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Railway 200 Campaign - Special Terms

Community Initiative

This is a limited-time philanthropic campaign celebrating Darlington's railway heritage. We're offering 200 professional websites at a special community price.

Standard project value: £2,000+
Special campaign price: £200 (VAT included)

What's Included

  • One professional website (single page or equivalent)
  • Mobile responsive design
  • Basic SEO setup
  • 10 business days delivery from approval
  • One minor revision included
  • Full code ownership on payment
  • 2 months of free hosting included
  • Optional hosting after free period: £9.99/month (cancel anytime)

Requirements

  • Complete content and brief provided upfront
  • Timely feedback during development (48 hours)
  • Payment in full before delivery

Application Rights: AspireVerse reserves the right to decline applications that don't align with our values or technical capabilities. Offer valid until 200 slots are filled.

4. Payment Terms

Railway 200 Campaign

50% deposit (£100) to secure slot, 50% (£100) on delivery. 14-day money-back guarantee from delivery date if you're not satisfied. Deposit becomes non-refundable once development work begins.

Standard Projects

30% deposit, 40% mid-project, 30% on completion. Net 7 days payment terms.

VAT: Railway 200 price of £200 includes VAT. Standard project prices exclude VAT (20% for UK clients). International clients may be exempt with valid tax ID.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Code Ownership: Full ownership transfers to client upon final payment
  • Portfolio Rights: We may showcase completed work unless confidentiality agreed
  • Third-party Licenses: Client responsible for any third-party license fees

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Services are provided "as is" with no warranty beyond statutory requirements.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice
  • Client pays for work completed to date
  • Campaign projects: No refunds after work begins

8. General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in English courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
